 I'd say it was a Success.

The taste tester gave the ham and cheese filled empanadas TWO thumbs up!

I was pleasantly surprised. Lets be honest, with the way my luck has been in the kitchen, I didn't have very much confidence that they were even going to be edible. But with this cooking success, I think I just might try my luck at a pie next!
